Meh. I might scrap this. I don't care for it that much. Meeeh. We'll see. Maybe.
Some kid in my Government class had to raise his hand in the middle of the test to ask what a wiretap was, when knowing what one was would automatically pretty much give you the answer to a question. I was already done with my test, and thus the sketch for this was born.
